The Ruth S. Holmberg Grant for Faculty Excellence awards funds to deserving faculty for professional development.
Of the 20 proposals received in 2015, six faculty members earned awards—selected tenured or tenure track faculty who are promoting “innovative or creative research and engagement or advancement of an academic discipline.”
CK, Now! inspires elementary school students to attend college
“CK, Now! was created because there are thousands of 4th and 5th graders in our region who will be the first in their family to go to college. Moc Speed, fast track to success for incoming freshmen
Moc Speed, an extended orientation three-day camp, will be offered July 31-August 2 at the Ocoee Retreat Center. Chattanooga Mocs Softball concludes 2015 season
Congratulations to the Chattanooga Mocs Softball team! UTC won the Southern Conference Tournament and advanced to regionals for the second consecutive year. The season ended with an 8-2 loss to the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles. Head coach Frank Reed says the loss is not indicative of the way the team normally plays.
