UTC and Cleveland State pen Dual Admissions Agreement
University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Chancellor Steven Angle and Cleveland State Community College President Bill Seymour signed a Dual Admissions Agreement between the two institutions on Friday, March 20, 2015.
