New program offers longer bike rentals to students
UTC strives to be a bike friendly campus, and is now offering semester long bike rentals so that students can take advantage of the campus and surrounding areas.
We have the pathway to make community college transfer easy
Students are finding it easier than ever to transfer college credits from community colleges to their earned credits at UTC and other universities in Tennessee. Through Tennessee Transfer Pathways (TTPs), a collaborative effort by the Tennessee Higher Education Commission, the Tennessee Board of Regents, the Tennessee Independent Colleges and Universities Association, and the University of Tennessee system, transfer students are able to utilize the web-based program to ease the transition of working towards a bachelor’s degree.

Upward Bound Math and Science PRISM completes summer STEM camp
The Upward Bound Math and Science PRISM program (UBMS) wrapped up their six-week summer academic camp on July 2 after building radios and boats, taking an architecture design course, and touring the state capitol building, all in pursuit of an enriched STEM education.
