Women’s Studies continues spring lecture series
The UTC Department of Women’s Studies continues its 2012 Spring Lecture Series with the presentation, “Inconvenient Women: Gender Inequality in the Justice System” on Wednesday, February 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the University’s Holt Hall, Room 209. This lecture is free and open to the public.
Theatre Department presents ‘Anton in Show Business’
The UTC Theatre Department’s latest production “Anton in Show Business” continues its run at the Dorothy Hackett Ward Theatre in UTC Fine Arts Center. Showtimes are at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 17, and Saturday, February 18. A special matinee performance also will be offered on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Robert Pinsky urges more arts education and appreciation
Dr. Robert Pinsky, Former U.S. Poet Laureate, advocated for more arts education and appreciation in American culture during his talk for the Hunter Lecture Series. Pinsky was the third speaker of the 2011-12 series co-sponsored by The Benwood Foundation and the University.
The Vagina Monologues, February 9-11
