“Interpreting the Constitution” will be the topic of a Constitution Day forum to be held Wednesday, September 17 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. in the Raccoon Mountain Room of the UTC University Center. The moderator will be Dr. David Carrithers, Adolph Ochs Professor of Government.
Attorneys who serve as adjunct professors in the Department of Political Science will serve as panelists, including:
