Alumni Board President Kim White and Vicky Gregg, CEO of Blue Cross/Blue Shield, were recently inducted into the Alpha Scholastic Honor Society at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
The Alpha Scholastic Honor Society is one of the University’s oldest and most prestigious honor societies. Organized on the UTC campus in 1918 to recognize outstanding achievement, the Alpha Society elects new members annually from graduating seniors, faculty, administrators, distinguished alumni and community members.
New faculty members include: Dr. J. Hill Craddock, Davenport Associate Professor, Biological Science and Environmental Sciences; Dr. Andy Novobilski, Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Assistant Provost for Research and Engagement; Dr. Gretchen Potts, UC Foundation Associate Professor, Chemistry and Dr. Joe Wilferth, UC Foundation Associate Professor and Associate Department Head, English. Sandy Cole, Director of the Center for Community Career Education, was also inducted.
