Mark Kidwell, a recent UTC graduate and a participant in UTC’s Veteran’s Entrepreneurship Program (VEP), is now launching a social media firm in Chattanooga. Kidwell’s launch, GenZing, is a marketing company focused on reaching younger generations through technology.
Kidwell explains how the program has found a niche in producing successful entrepreneurs. “We [veterans] have a great build-up to make an entrepreneur. You can go down the core values… we’re self-starters, we’re disciplined, the internal motivation,” said Kidwell.
