Rao Unnava, second from right, dean of the UC Davis Graduate School of Management and a co-founder of Angie’s List, was at UTC on Friday, Sept. 1, speaking to department heads from the College of Health, Education and Professional Studies. A noted expert on brand loyalty, consumer response to advertising and sales promotions, Unnava offered advice on how to be successful in academic leadership and in fundraising.
