In-person commencement ceremonies for all 2020 UTC graduates are set for Nov. 18-21 on Chamberlain Field.
To mitigate risk for graduates, guests will not be permitted to attend. All participants will be required to wear masks throughout ceremonies, and social distancing protocols will be followed.
The ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 18 is only for Graduate School candidates. Spring, summer or fall 2020 undergraduate candidates can select the ceremony of their choice.
Commencement ceremonies schedule:
- Wednesday, Nov. 18, 3 p.m., Graduate School only
- Thursday, Nov. 19, 3 p.m.
- Friday, Nov. 20, 3 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 21, 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.

What does this mean for students who won’t have completed internship hours until December, the original graduation date? Is this simply a ceremony? Or will courses end in November as well?
