On Friday, Nov. 20, 64 undergraduate students from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga received their degrees during a ceremony held on Chamberlain Field. A total of 114 have participated in live commencement ceremonies on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 19-20.
The final in-person commencement ceremonies for graduates now are set for Saturday, Nov. 20-21. The commencements not only include graduates from fall semester 2020, they also are the first chance for graduates from the 2020 spring and summer semesters to participate in live ceremonies.
To mitigate risk for graduates, guests are not permitted to attend. All student participants are required to wear face masks throughout ceremonies, and social distancing protocols are followed.
