On its recent one-day pledge event, WUTC-FM 88.1 raised $16,668. Ten percent of the money will go to HCS EdConnect, a partnership between Hamilton County Schools and EPB to provide economically challenged students within EPB’s service area with access to fiber-optic home internet this school year at no charge.
