Eight degree programs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga have been ranked among the Top 10 in the state and one as the best by a website that examines colleges and universities across the country.
The website Collegefactual.com ranked the master’s in registered nursing at UTC as the No. 1 such program out of 11 in the state. “It’s hard to beat the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga if you wish to pursue a master’s degree in registered nursing,” Collegefactual says.
The same program is ranked by the website as No. 5 in the Southeast out of 72 schools.

The website says it uses several factors when judging a college’s ranking, including degree completion by students, post-graduation earnings, a school’s accreditation and the amount of educational resources dedicated per student.
