Halloween brings out the best—or worst—in costumes, and this year was no exception. The UTC Library held its annual Halloween costume contest for students on Monday, Oct. 31, while University Events sponsored a prize for the best employee costume. UTC photographer Angela Foster was on hand and chose her favorite photos.
