Gig City will reconnect with national and global leaders who are advancing quantum and mobility technology when the Chattanooga Connect conference returns this October.
Chattanooga Connect 2025, hosted by the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga Research Institute (UTCRI), will take place Oct. 6-8 at the Chattanooga Convention Center. Following its successful debut last year, Chattanooga Connect will again convene industry leaders, policymakers, and researchers to explore the future of urban transportation and cutting-edge advancements in quantum computing, digital infrastructure, AI, connected and automated vehicles (CAV), and vehicle-to-everything (V2X) technologies.

Kristin White
Kristin White, Google Public Sector’s transportation industry executive and head of transportation strategy and partnerships, will deliver the keynote address. A former deputy administrator of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), White is a nationally recognized leader in transportation safety and innovation who has worked for years on building the future of connected mobility.
White’s keynote address, “Connecting Communities, Transforming the Future,” will focus on how public sector agencies can look past the hype around artificial intelligence in order to incorporate outcomes-based solutions.
“The first year of Chattanooga Connect exceeded our expectations and we’re eager to build on that momentum this fall,” said UTCRI Director Mina Sartipi. “Researchers, industry partners and policymakers need to know where the future of urban mobility is taking us and how they can get involved. Chattanooga Connect is all about providing them with those opportunities. We’re proud of the advances UTCRI has made since last fall and we’re excited to keep these conversations moving forward.”
Additional speakers and panelists will be announced in the coming weeks. Registration is open now, and limited sponsorship opportunities are still available.
