Ruth Grover, Director and Curator, Director and Curator, Cress Galleries and Collections at UTC, was chosen as one of three jurors of the 4 Bridges Arts Festival to be held on Saturday and Sunday, April 18 and 19 at the First Tennessee Pavilion.
