DiPietro praises UTC achievements

UT President Joe DiPietro praised UTC for its achievements during the Pizza with the Prez event on Tuesday, April 25.

He noted enrollment growth on the campus and UTC’s number one ranking in the Tennessee Complete College Act metrics.

“I am really, really proud of the teamwork that’s been exhibited on this campus as well as the fact that you perform at a really high level. You should give yourself a round of applause for that. To give you some idea of how well you perform, if you look at metrics that the state has put together, from the standpoint of the performance of public universities, UT Chattanooga was number one this year….

“On days when you think nobody cares about that extra little detail that you take care of, this is a day when we say ‘thank you.’ Thank you for being part of the team here at Chattanooga and thank you for all you do for the University of Tennessee,” said DiPietro.
