Members of UTC’s ROTC had the opportunity to meet Thomas E. Brandon, acting director of the U.S Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, on Tuesday, April 17. During a conference by the Regional Organized Crime Information Center (ROCIC) in the Chattanooga Convention Center, Brandon was treated to a Presentation of the Colors by the UTC ROTC.
