As downtown streets sparkled during the 2009 Holiday Starlight Parade, UTC added a touch of blue and gold to the festivities. The UTC Marching Band, Cheerleaders, Sugar Mocs, Elite Dance Group and UTC staff members marched and rode the Mocs Express train in the 13th year of this Yuletide event, produced by the Chattanooga Downtown Partnership and City of Chattanooga Parks and Recreation.
