A steady stream of people lined up on Friday, Nov. 16, to sign a banner in the University Center that celebrated diversity and inclusion on the UTC campus. Printed with the phrase: “We Belong Here UTC,” the banner was part of International Education Week and everyone was invited to sign it. Handing out T-shirts, Charlene Ragland, administrative specialist in the Office of Equity and Inclusion, encouraged those in line “to sign your name or write a message” as way to express their feelings.
