Irvin Hernandez, who graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2013, was named to Latino Leaders magazine’s list of “Lawyers to Keep on the Watch.”
He is an associate in the Atlanta office of law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP.
Inclusion on the list is based on nominations for Latino lawyers with “impressive backgrounds, successful work, and deep involvement in their community,” the magazine said.
He also was included in the inaugural edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in September 2020.
Earning a bachelor’s degree in political science, Hernandez was on the Dean’s List from 2009-12. During the same time period, he also was an offensive lineman on the Mocs football team.
As a lawyer, Hernandez focuses on products liability litigation, representing product liability, pharmaceutical and medical device cases throughout the country in state and federal courts. He advises companies on regulatory, compliance and risk management strategies as well as compliance matters governed by the Food and Drug Administration and other federal and state regulatory bodies.
