After a buzzer-beating, 30-foot, overtime, heart-stopping shot by David Jean-Baptiste, the Mocs men’s basketball team is heading to the NCAA tournament — The Dance.
A raucous crowd greeted team members and staff when they arrived at McKenzie Arena after their triumph over Furman University in Asheville, North Carolina.
The NCAA tournament starts Tuesday, March 15, with the championship game scheduled for April 4.
The Mocs won’t know their first opponent and where the game will be played until match-ups are selected Sunday night.
