From the Chickamauga Battlefields to Signal Point to the National Cemetery, Chattanooga’s rich history made it the perfect place for Civil War historians to gather to discuss research and see the historical sites firsthand.
Survey explores connections between the University and downtown Chattanooga
In a survey of more than 600 UTC students, the results revealed the connections between the University and downtown Chattanooga could be strengthened. While many students who participated in the survey described the city with words like “lively,” “clean,” “beautiful,” and “welcoming,” they also offered suggestions to make downtown more appealing to the college crowd.
Student services offices to keep longer hours May 15-17
In an effort to make it easier for students to get ready for summer school, several student service offices will have extended hours during the open registration period. These offices will be open until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15 to Thursday, May 17.
