Dr. Jonathan McNair, Finalist for National Music Award
Dr. Jonathan McNair was recently announced as a finalist in Composition-Orchestra Music, professional division, with The American Prize for his Hopyard Overture.
November, a Month of Music at UTC
The Music Department has a sundry of concerts and events, from the smooth jazz of Jack Segal and Marvin Fisher’s “When Sunny Gets Blue” to the stirring harmonies of Kurt Bestor’s “Prayer of the Children.”
