Artwork created by UTC Department of Art students is now on display at the Cress Gallery of Art’s 2010 Annual Juried Art Exhibition. This year’s juror is Patrick DeGuira, an artist, curator, and educator from Nashville. He selected 43 works from 123 submissions. They include paintings, drawings, mixed media, graphic design, ceramics, and other media.

American Government class engages in health care debate
Congresswoman Carolyn Kilpatrick (represented by UTC student Kristyn Mayberry) spoke passionately on behalf of her constituents in the Thirteenth District of Michigan by saying she would vote for a health care bill that supports all US citizens.
