For the second straight year, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga staff and faculty hit the road to spread the UTC name at numerous Hamilton County Schools eighth-grade promotion ceremonies. Over several days in May, two dozen UTC representatives participated in Middle School to Mocs Scholars events, presenting to more than 3,000 Hamilton County School students.
Students get a taste of forensic accounting work in IRS Criminal Investigations
Twelve UTC accounting students recently participated in a daylong forensic accounting exercise thanks to a collaboration between the Gary W. Rollins College of Business and the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation division.
