The UTC Police Department will be offering Rape Aggression Defense training from 6-9 p.m. daily today through Thursday (March 21-23) at the Challenger Center Building Room 128, led by Sgt. Rebecca Tolbert—a certified R.A.D. instructor with the UTC Police Department.
