Student wins the 2016 North Callahan Essay Prize
William “Tripp” Woolf has won the 2016 North Callahan Essay Prize. Woolf captured the $1000 award for his essay “Mammy’s Children: Power, Agency, and Redemption in Dessa Rose.”

UTC extends Dual Admissions Agreement to Motlow State
UTC recently extended our Dual Admissions agreement to Motlow State, allowing their students dual admission to the two schools, an advisor on UTC’s campus, and many other benefits. This opportunity allows for an easy transition from their two-year college to our University as transfer students continue their four-year degree.

International students study social entrepreneurship in Chattanooga
Last week, 22 students representing 15 European countries landed in Chattanooga to launch their studies and broaden their knowledge of social entrepreneurship.
Campus observes special holiday schedule
