Graduates hike the Appalachian Trail
UTC graduates Eli Fowler and Brandon Taylor recently hiked the grueling 2,200 miles of the Appalachian Trail. For six months, these alumni trekked across thirteen states, from Springer Mountain, Georgia, to Mt. Katahdin, Maine. Alumna named national leader
Dr. Diane Grob Schmidt ’67 has been elected to lead the American Chemical Society (ACS). Schmidt, a chemistry graduate, was named the 1995 UTC Distinguished Alumni Award winner.
