A program win I am thankful for in 2021 is:
Completing the inaugural class of the UTC & Southeast TN SHRM HR Leadership Academy. The class was designed to give attendees the skills needed to become trusted business partners with their organizations. I am thankful to have played a part in bringing together an amazing group of HR professionals. I can’t wait to see the impact these individuals will make over the coming months and years.

Two program wins I am thankful for in 2021 are:
- All of the Clinical Medical Assistant Academy students (in each cohort) achieving a 100% pass rate on their NHA CCMA exams.
- Launching our newly state-accredited Certified Nursing Assistant Academy.
